VELVET RISE Peptide Anti-Aging Serum

1. When to use? (Morning and/or Evening)
Can be used twice daily (morning and night): Thanks to potent antioxidants (Blueberry Seed Oil, Ginkgo Biloba), in the morning it acts as a shield against urban pollution and environmental stress. In the evening, peptides and phytosterols go to work repairing the skin barrier and restoring skin density.

Important: Peptides and bio-amino acids do not cause sun sensitivity (unlike retinol or strong exfoliating acids), making this serum completely safe for use during sunny days.

2. How to apply correctly? (Preparation & Technique)
On damp skin: Formulated with Hyaluronic Acid and Sodium PCA, which act as "moisture magnets." To achieve the maximum plumping effect, apply the serum immediately after cleansing or right after misting your face with a toner/hydrosol while the skin is still slightly damp.

Application technique: Do not rub. Gently press and massage into the skin using your fingertips, moving from the center of the face outward and upward (following facial massage lines) to allow the peptides to absorb effectively. Don't forget the neck and décolleté!

3. How to "lock in" the serum? (Crucial Step)
Since this is a serum (a lightweight active concentrate), it must be followed by a moisturizer. The cream creates a protective layer that seals in the serum's hydration and active peptides, preventing transepidermal water loss.

Need extra nourishment? If your skin is severely dry or exposed to harsh weather, finish with a Facial Oil after your moisturizer. While creams deliver water hydration, facial oils form a pure lipid shield on the surface, preventing that hydration from evaporating during the day or night.

4. Compatibility with other ingredients (What to pair / avoid)
Pairs well with: Hyaluronic Acid, Ceramides, Niacinamide, CBD, and nourishing facial oils.

Use caution with strong acids (AHAs/BHAs): Combining the serum with strong exfoliating acids (low pH levels) can compromise peptide stability and efficacy. It is best to space them out—use acids at one time of day (e.g., evening) and the peptide serum at another (e.g., morning).
